Fifth & Crowe

Effective: August 6, 2026

Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to and use of the Fifth & Crowe website and its public services. By using the website, you agree to these Terms.

01

Agreement And Effective Date

These Terms of Use are effective August 6, 2026 and form an agreement between you and Fifth & Crowe LLC. They apply when you visit, browse, submit information through, or otherwise use this website and its public services. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website.

02

Eligibility And Site Access

You may use the public website only if you can legally agree to these Terms. The website is not directed to children under 13. If you use the website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

We may limit, suspend, or end access when reasonably necessary to secure the website, protect other people, comply with law, or address a violation of these Terms.

03

Acceptable Use

You may use the website for lawful personal, community, or business purposes consistent with the way its public pages and services are presented. You may not interfere with the website; bypass access controls; probe or test security without written permission; impersonate another person or organization; submit false, unlawful, harmful, or abusive material; use public forms for spam; or use automated systems in a way that burdens the service, evades safeguards, or ignores published instructions.

Publicly accessible information may be used through ordinary browsing and any interfaces we expressly provide. Access to a public page does not grant permission to extract private, protected, or operational information.

04

Accounts And Protected Areas

Control and other protected areas are limited to people we authorize. You are responsible for keeping sign-in links, sessions, and other access credentials confidential and for promptly telling us if you believe access has been lost, disclosed, or misused.

Authorization is personal and may not be transferred. We may revoke or restrict protected access at any time when reasonably necessary to protect Fifth & Crowe, its systems, its information, or other people.

05

Public Information And Local Resources

Directory records, events, Local News items, source links, data, dates, hours, addresses, and other local-resource information may be supplied by third parties, imported from public sources, or change without notice. We work to make this information useful, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or error-free.

Confirm important information with the organization or original publisher before traveling, spending money, attending an event, making a safety decision, or otherwise relying on it. A listing, link, or status does not mean that Fifth & Crowe endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with the person or organization described.

06

Site Content And Ownership

The website design, original writing, software, branding, and other materials created by Fifth & Crowe are owned by Fifth & Crowe LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use those materials for ordinary personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy, republish, sell, license, or create a competing service from them unless law permits it or we agree in writing.

Third-party names, marks, articles, event details, directory facts, and linked materials remain the property of their respective owners. Source attribution and canonical links identify the original publisher where available; they do not transfer ownership to Fifth & Crowe.

07

Submissions And Feedback

When you voluntarily send a message, correction, source suggestion, feedback, or other submission, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights. You give us permission to review, reproduce, adapt, and use the submission as reasonably necessary to respond, correct records, evaluate sources, improve the website, or operate the requested service.

You keep any ownership rights you have in a submission. This permission is nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and lasts only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes or as required by law. Do not submit secrets, confidential business information, financial account numbers, health information, or other sensitive information unless we specifically ask for it.

08

The website links to publishers, organizations, businesses, maps, calendars, social platforms, and other outside services. Those links are provided for reference and convenience. Fifth & Crowe does not control and is not responsible for an outside service’s content, accuracy, availability, security, products, terms, or privacy practices.

Your use of an outside service is governed by that service’s own terms. Review those terms and privacy practices before providing information or completing a transaction.

09

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the limited information we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it, and how to make a privacy request. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms and applies whenever you use the website or submit information through it.

10

Disclaimers And Availability

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fifth & Crowe disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, that every source will remain available, or that defects will be corrected immediately. We may change, maintain, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without notice.

11

Responsibility And Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fifth & Crowe LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising from or related to the website, outside services, or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the website or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Fifth & Crowe specifically for the affected website service during the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so those provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12

Changes, Governing Terms, And Contact

We may update these Terms when the website, our services, or applicable requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Changes take effect on that date, and material changes may be highlighted on the website. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Pennsylvania law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Pennsylvania, and each party consents to that court’s jurisdiction and venue. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the complete agreement about use of this website unless a separate written agreement applies.

Questions about these Terms may be sent to hello@fifthandcrowe.com or through the contact form. Please do not send sensitive information by email.
